Detective Julie Petocchelli

Detective Julie Petocchelli received the FBI Director's Award, on May 21, for her outstanding efforts in apprehending an armed carjacker.

One day after receiving a warrant for Willie McKinnon of Laurel Maryland, Detective Pitocchelli of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested McKinnon as he was taking a stolen tanker truck to Washington D.C.

In October, 2007, a masked armed robber, McKinnon, stole a tanker truck loaded with 7,100 gallons of diesel fuel from South Baltimore. A warrant was issued for Willie McKinnon, charging him with armed robbery, felony theft, and various handgun violations.
