The Baltimore City Police has property that was originally seized as evidence for court. This property is no longer needed for legal-court purposes in accordance with the Md. Public Safety Code Ann. § 3-305 (2012) (e) (1) (i) and (ii) and may be claimed by its rightful owner. If any citizen feels that they are entitled to the below described seized property, please call the Baltimore Police Evidence Control Section on Monday- Friday from 8:00am until 2:00pm at 410-396-2048 first before responding to the Baltimore Police Department at 601 E. Fayette Street in Baltimore City with a valid picture identification and proof of ownership. All unclaimed property remaining will be sent to public auction, donated if it has any value or it will be destroyed if it doesn’t have any value. The items that are sent for auction will appear on the Propertyroom.com web site. The property will remain on the web site until sold. The following types of property are available to be claimed:
Electronics (computers, televisions), Bikes, Clothing, Cell phones, Tools and other personnel items.
