Western District Shooting Investigation

On November 12, 2024, at around 4:38 p.m., offices responded to the 2700 block of Harlem Avenue to investigate a call for a discharging. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 47-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries. 

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On November 12, 2024, at approximately 12:42 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 19-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Investigators learned the victim was shot while in the 1500 block of Baker Street where a crime scene was located.
