The Baltimore Police Department is pleased to announce command changes that will go into effect May 5, 2024.

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northeast District on April 6, 2024, investigators have arrested 25-year-old Deontaye Kendall of Baltimore.

In reference to a double homicide that occurred in the Northeast District on February 7, 2024, investigators have arrested 21-year-old Daquan Woodard of Baltimore.
