Eastern District Fatal Crash

On November 20, 2024, at approximately 10:22 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Belair Road to investigate an accident involving a pedestrian.

A 58-year-old  male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.

The operator of the striking vehicle remained on the scene. The Accident Investigation Unit is investigating.
