On March 24, 2023, at approximately 10:45 p.m., Homicide Detectives responded to the area of the 6800 block of Harford Road in reference to a missing person.

Northeast District Detectives canvassed the area and located the victim’s vehicle. Upon locating the vehicle, officers observed a body (B/M) in the back of the vehicle.
