Homicide detectives have responded to two separate incidents where victims have died. Anyone with information should contact detectives.

Three suspects have been arrested for the Dec. 7, 2022, murder of Amare Burrus in the 4200 block of Pimlico Road.

On February 24, 2023, at approximately 10 p.m., officers located a 39-year-old male shooting victim in the 2500 block of Harlem Avenue. The victim later died at Shock Trauma.

In reference to the homicide that occurred on January 9, 2019, in the Northwest District, investigators have arrested 26-year-old Melvin Wright of Baltimore.

On February 24, 2023, at approximately 1:53 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers were called to the 900 block of Franklintown Road, for a report of a shooting.
