Eastern District Attempted Murder Arrests

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Eastern District on June 16, 2024, investigators have arrested a 15-year-old male and 17-year-old male.

Detectives learned that a 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male shot an 18-year-old male victim multiple times in the 3500 block of Dudley Avenue; after being shot, the victim drove to the 5200 block of Saybrook Road. Detectives believe the motive for this shooting was domestic-related.

On July 25, 2024, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested a 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male and transported both males to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged with attempted first-degree murder.
