On November 15, 2022, 25-year-old Donte Miller was shot in the 2600 block of E. Hoffman Street. Miller was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Homicide detectives assumed control of the investigation and ultimately identified two suspects connected to this murder.

On December 12, 2022, 34-year-old Tyrone Fenner (pictured left), who was already in Central Booking for a handgun violation, was charged with 1st Degree Murder for the death of Donte Miller. On January 31, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested the second suspect. Clipper Jordan (pictured right), 32, was arrested at a home in the 5400 block of Force Road. Jordan was transported to the Homicide unit where he was interviewed then taken to Central Booking. He has been charged with 1st Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Both Tyrone Fenner and Clipper Jordan are being held at Central Booking without bail.
