Eastern District Homicide Arrest

In reference to the death of  Jason McNair, who was found fatally stabbed at a home in the 1400 block of Aisquith Street, on August 17, 2021, detectives have arrested 40-year-old Jenita Foster of Baltimore.

Homicide detectives continued to investigate this case, identifying Jenita Foster as the suspect and obtaining an arrest warrant for her arrest on November 7, 2023. 

Warrant Apprehension detectives located Foster during a traffic stop on November 9, 2023, recovering a firearm from her. Detectives transported Jenita Foster to Central Booking Intake Facility where she has been charged with first-degree murder and additional handgun violations.
