Western District Homicide Investigation

On Dec. 9, 2023, at approximately 7:52 p.m., Western District officers were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Bentalou St. to investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics.

Homicide Detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Homicide Detectives at 410-396-2100.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On Dec. 9, 2023, at approximately 2:39 p.m., a Central District patrol officer was on foot patrol when he heard discharging near the 200 block of N. Eutaw Street.

The officer located a 31-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
