Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 11:08 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 800 block of Aisquith Street, for a Shot Spotter alert.

Once there, officers located a 14-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers were also advised of a 13-year-old female at East Eager at North Central Avenue, also suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Both victims were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 6:49 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male who had been shot in the head.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.

Southern district shooting detectives are investigating this incident.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 7:02 p.m., officers responded to the 2900 block of Rayshire Avenue for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 44-year-old male inside a home in the 2900 block of Rayshire Avenue that was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital and his injuries are non-life threatening.

Southern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident.

Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was shot outside, in the 2900 block of Rayshire Avenue, and then knocked on residents’ doors for help. Detectives have also determined that this shooting is not related to the 800 Washington Boulevard shooting.

Eastern District Homicide Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 8:05 p.m., an officer was in the area of Belair Road and Sinclair Lane when he heard discharging.

The officer responded to the location where he heard the discharging coming from, the 1900 block of East North Avenue, and located an 18-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

Baltimore City medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

Homicide detectives responded out and assumed control of the investigation.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation
 

Update: The victim in this incident was a 13-year-old female.

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 8:23 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Webb Court for a shot spotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers located a 13-year-old female who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his right leg.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Eastern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2433.

Southern District Homicide Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 3:54 p.m., officers responded to the 2800 block of Joseph Street for a person who was found unresponsive and not breathing.

Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified adult male who was suffering from obvious signs of trauma, and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Homicide detectives responded and are investigating this incident.

The victim’s remains have been removed by the medical examiner’s office and an autopsy will be performed to determine his cause of death.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 3:31 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers were called to the 500 block of North Clinton Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 51-year-old female, inside of a home, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where she is listed in critical but stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that an unidentified suspect fired multiple shots into the home of the victim, shooting her several times.
