Western District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 20, 2023, at approximately 8:46 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of North Monroe Street and Walbrook Avenue to investigate calls for a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon canvassing the area, officers located a 33-year-old male and a 50-year-old male suffering from numerous gunshot wounds. Medics transported both victims to an area hospital where they will receive treatment for their injuries.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 1900 block of North Monroe Street.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control investigation.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 20, 2023, at approximately 3:16 p.m., officers responded to the 2700 block of Washington Boulevard to investigate several calls for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located evidence of a shooting in the 2700 block of Washington Boulevard. Officers then responded to an area hospital where they observed a 24-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim has been listed in critical condition.

Southern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 20, 2023, at approximately 2:53 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Clifton Avenue and Woodbrook Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon canvassing the area, officers located a 30-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound in the 2600 block of Woodbrook Avenue. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he will receive treatment for his injury.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
