Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On October 11, 2023, at approximately 9:20 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Chapelgate Lane to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 22-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is currently receiving treatment for his injury.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On October 11, 2023, at approximately 7:54 p.m., officers were patrolling the unit block of North Howard Street when they heard discharging in the immediate area.

Upon canvassing the area, officers located a 36-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment for his injury.

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
