Western District Shooting Investigation

On September 21, 2023, at approximately 2:11 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of West Hoffman Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 49-year-old female suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers continued to canvass the immediate area and located an 18-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Medics transported both victims to area hospitals, where they were listed in stable condition.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On September 21, 2023, at approximately 2:46 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Mosher Street to investigate a call for a discharging/shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old male and a 30-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victims to area hospitals to receive treatment for their injuries.
