Northwest District Shooting Investigation 

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 11:57 p.m., officers were dispatched to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Responding officers arrived at the hospital and observed a 33-year-old male being treated by medical personnel, suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation. 

At this time, a location has not been determined.

Eastern District Homicide Investigation

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 3:48 p.m., officers responded to the 2800 block of St. Lo Drive to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
