Central District Shooting Investigation

On Dec. 2, 2023, at approximately 8:51 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Eden Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 32-year-old  male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the stomach. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Central District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Central District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2411.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation

On Dec. 2, 2023, at approximately 8:33 p.m., officers responded to the 3400 block of  Parkington Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old  male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical but stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the vehicle was sitting in a vehicle when he was shot by an unidentified suspect(s).

Southwest District Homicide Investigation

On Dec. 2, 2023, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers were patrolling the area of Edmondson Avenue and Wildwood Parkway when they were flagged down to a bus stop in the 4000 block of Edmondson Avenue.

Once at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the face. The victim was pronounced deceased a short time later at the hospital.
