On March 15, 2023, at approximately 3:51 p.m., Northeast District officers responded to the 2500 block of Harford Road for discharging.

Upon further investigation, officers located a 16-year-old male with non-life-threatening graze wound to his body. The victim was transported by medics to an area hospital for treatment.

Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
