On October 15, 2023, at approximately 08:21 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Preliminary Investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace.

Northwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
