Southeast District Attempted Murder Arrest
On Jan. 25, 2024, detectives arrested 20-year-old Keondre Harris of Baltimore.
Detectives believe that Harris was involved in the shooting of a 22-year-old male on Jan. 18, 2024, in the 200 block of North Conkling Street.
Detectives transported Harris to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted 1st degree murder and additional charges.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation
On Jan. 18, 2024, at approximately 12:51 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Pulaski Highway for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 22-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators learned the shooting occurred in the 200 block of North Conkling Street where a crime scene was located.
