Southeast District Homicide Arrest

In reference to the death of 60-year-old Victorino Malabayabas, who died on August 23, 2022, after being assaulted and robbed on August 20, 2022, in the 600 block of South Kenwood Avenue, 23-year-old Antonio Bardney was extradited from Eastern Correctional Institute to Central Booking Intake Facility on October 25, 2023.

Antonio Bardney is currently being charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bail.
