Southeast District Juvenile Robbery Arrests

On Nov. 1, 2023, at approximately 9:41 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East Lombard Street to investigate a call for an unarmed robbery.

Upon arrival, officers were advised by a female complainant that two unidentified juvenile males had physically assaulted her. The victim stated that she was walking in the 100 block of East Lombard Street when she was physically assaulted by two juvenile males who had taken her car keys during the assault.

The two suspects fled the scene on foot but were apprehended by officers later that night.

Both suspects, 12-year-old and 14-year-old males, were placed under arrest and transported by detectives to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center (BCJJC) without incident for processing.
