Western District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred on October 4, 2023, in the Western District, investigators have arrested 18-year-old Tony Hubbard of Baltimore.

Investigators believe that Hubbard shot a 15-year-old male while in the 900 block of Mckean Avenue.

Detectives arrested Hubbard on October 23, 2023, and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder and additional charges.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On Oct. 4, 2023, at approximately 12:43 a.m., officers responded to the 900 Block of McKean Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 15-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the hand.

Medic transported the victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
