Western District Attempted Murder Arrest

In regard to a stabbing that occurred in the Western District on October 29, 2023, investigators have arrested 21-year-old Kaiyah Neal of Baltimore.

Investigators learned while in the 900 block of Appleton Street, Neal was involved in an argument with the 28-year-old female victim, when Neal produced a sharp-edged weapon and stabbed the victim in the head multiple times.

On May 17, 2024, officers arrested Kaiyah Neal and transported her to the Central Booking Intake Facility where she was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
