Central District Stolen Auto Arrest
On April 26, 2024, at around 11:44 p.m., Central District officers were conducting a traffic initiative in the 1000 block of Orleans Street.
During this initiative, officers observed a vehicle traveling at a higher speed than the proper speed for the area. Officers conducted a car stop and discovered that the driver, a 30-year-old male, had a suspended license and that the vehicle he was operating was stolen from the 4000 block of Barrington Road on March 1, 2024. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged accordingly.

Central District Assault and Attempted Robbery Arrest
In reference to an assault and attempted robbery that occurred on April 26, 2024, in the 400 block of Light Street, Harbor Unit officers arrested a 14-year-old male.
Officers learned that a 35-year-old female and a 34-year-old male victim were approached by a group of approximately 10-15 juveniles when one of the suspects demanded the victim's wallet. When the victim refused to hand over his property the suspects assaulted the victims.
Officers located one of the suspects in the 200 block of Key Highway (Rash Field) and transported him to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center for processing.

Recovered Stolen Auto Arrest
In reference to a vehicle that was stolen on April 25, 2024, in the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard, officers apprehended two 13-year-old males.
On April 27, 2024, Central District officers observed the two males occupying the stolen vehicle while in the 500 block of South Broadway. The suspects attempted to bail out of the vehicle but were placed into custody following a short foot pursuit.
Officers transported both males to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center for processing.

Southeast District Handgun Violation Arrest
On April 27, 2024, at approximately 11:34 a.m., Southeast District officers were conducting an investigation in the 6700 block of German Hill Road.
This investigation led to the arrest of a 37-year-old male and the seizure of a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number.
