Southern District Homicide Arrest

In reference to a homicide that occurred in the Southern District on June 16, 2024, investigators have arrested 65-year-old Tony Stewart of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Stewart fatally stabbed 46-year-old April Patterson, while in a home in the 1800 block of Spence Street.

On June 16, 2024, detectives arrested Tony Stewart and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with first and second-degree murder.
