Central District Handgun Violation Arrest

On March 24, 2024, at approximately 12:29 a.m., Central District Action Team officers stopped a vehicle on I-83 North at mile marker 6, after the vehicle was involved in two separate single-vehicle crashes.

This stop led to the arrest of a 31-year-old male and the seizure of the pictured property.

The male suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged accordingly.

Eastern District Commercial Armed Robbery Arrest

On March 23, 2024, at approximately 11:52 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to a report of a commercial armed robbery in the 700 block of East 25th Street.

Once there, officers learned that two unidentified black males entered the location, pointed a weapon at the store employees, and demanded cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene.

On March 24, 2024, investigators arrested both suspects, a 40-year-old male and a 53-year-old male, in the 1200 block of Darley Avenue, without incident.

Both men were transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where they will be processed and charged accordingly.

Citywide Robbery detectives are continuing to investigate this incident,

Western District Handgun Violation Arrest

On March 23, 2024, Western District Action Team officers were conducting an investigation in the 2900 block of Mosher Street. This investigation led to the arrest of a 30-year-old man and the seizure of the pictured items.
