Northeast District Homicide Investigation

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Northeast District on March 6, 2024, investigators have arrested 23-year-old Niyiraha Berry of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Berry fatally shot and killed 29-year-old Denzel Brown while in the 4000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard.

On March 25, 2024, Warrant Apprehension Detectives arrested Berry at a home in the 8000 block of Greenspring Way without incident. Detectives transported Berry to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she was charged with first-degree murder.

Western District Arrest

Western District officers in the area of Bennet Place made an arrest that resulted in the recovery of one Polymer 80 9mm handgun loaded with five live rounds.

Northwest District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northwest District on March 4, 2024, detectives have arrested 24-year-old Antonio Flowers of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Flowers shot the 20-year-old male victim while in the 2000 block of Ashburton Street.

On March 25, 2024, officers located Antonio Flowers standing on the corner of Ashburton Street at Walbrook Avenue. Flowers was taken into custody in the 1700 block of North Braddish Avenue following a short foot pursuit.

Antonio Flowers was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Northern District Arrest

In the Northern District, officers in the area of Belgian Avenue made an arrest that resulted in the recovery of one Glock 23 handgun loaded with 13 live rounds.

Northwest District Arrest

In the Northwestern District, officers in the area of Belvedere Avenue made an arrest that resulted in the recovery of one Springfield XD 9mm handgun loaded with 10 live rounds, 150 pieces of crack cocaine, 150 gel caps of suspected heroin, approximately 60 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl mix and more than $470 in U.S. currency. The handgun had been reported stolen.
