Central District Attempted Murder Arrests

On Dec. 27, 2023, Eastern District patrol officers arrested 32-year-old Brian Strawder of Baltimore.

Detectives believe that Strawder was involved in the shooting of a 46-year-old female on Oct. 19, 2023, in the 800 block of North Eutaw Street.

Strawder was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with 1st degree attempted murder and additional charges.

On Dec. 28, 2023, Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force members arrested 31-year-old Kateira Womack and 32-year-old Phillip Mccoy of Baltimore.

Detectives believe that Womack and Mccoy were also involved in the shooting of the 46-year-old female on Oct. 19, 2023, in the 800 block of North Eutaw Street.

Womack and Mccoy were transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged with 1st degree attempted murder and additional charges.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On Oct. 19, 2023, at approximately 3:47 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 800 block of North Eutaw Street, for a report of discharging.

Once there, officers located a 46-year-old female suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
