In reference to a shooting that occurred on April 21, 2023, in the Eastern District, detectives have arrested 26-year-old Terrell Parker of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Parker shot the 23-year-old male victim while in the 1600 block of Normal Avenue, following a dispute.

On May 6, 2023, investigators arrested repeat violent offender, Terrell Michael Parker, and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with Attempted 1^st Degree Murder.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On April 21, 2023, at approximately 5:13 p.m., Eastern District officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Normal Avenue to investigate a shot-spotter alert.

When officers arrived, they located a 23-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital by medic, listed in critical condition.
