In reference to a shooting that occurred on April 21, 2023, in the Eastern District, detectives have arrested 26-year-old Terrell Parker of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Parker shot the 23-year-old male victim while in the 1600 block of Normal Avenue, following a dispute.

On May 6, 2023, investigators arrested repeat violent offender, Terrell Michael Parker, and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On April 21, 2023, at approximately 5:13 p.m., Eastern District officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Normal Avenue to investigate a shot-spotter alert.

When officers arrived, they located a 23-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital by medic, listed in critical condition.
