Northern District Shooting Investigation 

On April 17, 2023, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 2000 block of North Charles Street for a reported shooting. 

Preliminary investigation revealed when officers arrived at the scene, they discovered three victims: a 32-year-old man, a 36-year-old man and a 22-year-old man with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to their extremities. Medical personnel transported the victims to a nearby hospital. 

A brief time later, a fourth victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound walked into a local hospital seeking treatment. The victim stated he was wounded in the 2000 block of Charles Street.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2455.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On April 17, 2023, at approximately 7 a.m., Central District officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 38-year-old female suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her left arm. The victim found transportation to an area hospital where she is being treated for her injury.

Investigators are attempting to locate a crime scene.

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
