Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On April 21, 2023, at approximately 5:13 p.m., Eastern District officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Normal Avenue to investigate a shot-spotter alert.

 When officers arrived, they located a 23-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital by a medic and listed in critical condition.

Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Eastern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2433.

Northern District Shooting Investigation

On April 21, 2023, at approximately 9:13 p.m., Northern District officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Rossiter Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Once officers arrived, they located a 19-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the right leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital by a medic with non-life-threatening injuries.

Once officers arrived, they located a 25-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the lower back and legs. The victim was transported to an area hospital by a medic with non-life-threatening injuries.
