Southwest District Shooting Investigation
On April 27, 2023, at approximately 11:48 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of North Ellamont Street, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators have determined the victim was shot while in the 900 block of North Franklintown Road.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation
On April 27, 2023 at approximately 4:04 p.m., officers responded to the 2700 block of Pelham Avenue for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found two men, ages 22 and 24, who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to area hospitals where they are currently in serious condition.
No suspect(s) have been identified nor has a motive been determined.

Central District Shooting Investigation
On April 27, 2023, at approximately 12:16 p.m., Central District officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a reported walk-in shooting victim.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 38-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his left hand.
Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.

Southwest District Homicide Investigation
On April 27, 2023, at approximately 12 p.m., Southwest District officers responded to a residence in the 3000 block of Mosher Street to investigate a reported aggravated assault.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unresponsive unidentified male suffering from several stab wounds to his lower body. Medics arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over this investigation.
