Southern District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 24, 2024, at around 11:56 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim has been listed in stable condition at this time. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 2400 block of Sidney Avenue.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 24, 2024, at around 11:42 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 31-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the unit block of North Conkling Street.
