Northern District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 28, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with the 30-year-old female victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The victim is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in the intersection of Greenmont Avenue and 33rd Street , when she was shot.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2455.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 28, 2024, at approximately 7:38 p.m., Central District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with the 34-year-old male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right thigh. The victim is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed That victim was in the 900 block of Mrytle Avenue, when he was shot.

Western District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Western District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2477.
