Southern District Shooting Investigation

On December 17, 2022, at approximately 9:56 p.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the Unit block of Cambria Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 39-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right foot. The victim has non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital.

Western District Homicide Investigation

On December 17, 2022, at approximately 7:41 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1300 block of Edmondson Avenue, for a report of a cutting.

Once there, officers located a 60-year-old male suffering from serious stab wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
