Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On December 21, 2022, at approximately 5:01 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of Saint Charles Avenue and Belvedere Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 44-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to Sinai Hospital by ambulance and pronounced dead by medical personnel.

Homicide investigators have assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.

Central District Homicide Investigation

On December 21, 2021, at approximately 2:49 p.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the Unit block of South Howard Street to Investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by medical staff.
