Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On January 22, 2023, at approximately 7:53 a.m., Northeast District officers were dispatched to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in gunshot wound victim seeking treatment. 

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 61-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and later released. 

Northeast District Shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation. The victim told investigators that while walking near the intersection of York Road and East Cold Spring Lane he was wounded after hearing gunfire. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2444.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On January 21, 2023, at approximately 6:40 m., Central District officers were dispatched to the 1700  block of McCulloh Street to investigate a reported shooting. 

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 37-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by ambulance with life-threatening injuries to an area hospital.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation

On January 21, 2023, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Northwest District officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Garrison Boulevard to investigate a reported shooting. 

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 41-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at an area hospital.
