Central District Shooting Investigation 

On January 27, 2023, at approximately 1:31 a.m., Central District officers were dispatched to an establishment located in the 400 block of East Baltimore Street to investigate a reported shooting. 

When officers arrived at the location, they were directed to the second floor of the building. Officers observed a 33-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Central District Shooting Detectives have assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2411.

Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On January 27, 2023, at approximately 12:42 a.m., Northwest District officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of Belvieu Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. 

When officers arrived at the location, they observed an unidentified male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the scene. 

Homicide investigators assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
