Western District Homicide Investigation
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of West Lafayette Avenue to investigate a reported cutting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 33-year-old male victim suffering from multiple stab wound to the upper body. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.

Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.

Western District Shooting Investigation
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 1900 block of Mckean Avenue to investigate a shot spotted alert.
Upon arrival, officers located a 20-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the thigh. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Western District Shooting Investigation
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 6:35 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 900 block of North Rosedale Street, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located an adult male, unresponsive, suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Officers immediately began CPR, resuscitating the victim until medics arrived on the scene, and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 2:04 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of Aiken Street, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 52-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
