Southeast District Homicide Investigation
On June 25, 2023, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the intersection of Gough Street at South Broadway, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 37year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

Eastern District Homicide Investigation
On June 25, 2023, at approximately 12:16 p.m., Eastern District officers were dispatched to the 900 block of N. Caroline Street to investigate a reported cutting inside a residence.
Officers responded to the location and observed a 60-year-old male suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.

Northern District Shooting Investigation
On June 25, 2023, at approximately 1:09 a.m., Northern District officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of York Road to investigate a shooting.
Officers responded and located a 37-year-old male being treated by medics for gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Northern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation
On June 25, 2023, at approximately 12:25 a.m., Southeast District officers were flagged down in the 3300 block of E. Fayette Street by a male victim stating he was shot.
Officers observed a 52-year-old male suffering from a graze wounds. A Medic was requested and the victim was treated on scene.
Preliminary information revealed that the victim was in a verbal argument with a suspect in the 2800 block of East Monument Street. The suspect then produced a firearm and fired at the victim, striking him and a vehicle.
Eastern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
