Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On June 27, 2023, at approximately 11:29 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 200 block of South Broadway, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 27-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was last listed in critical condition.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On June 27, 2023, at approximately 5:24 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of West Lanvale Street and North Fremont Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 49-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. Medics responded and transported the victim to an area hospital to receive treatment.

Preliminary Investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 800 block of West Lanvale Street.

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On June 27, 2023, at approximately 2:13 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 40-year-old male suffering from a graze wound to the finger.

Investigators learned that the victim was near the intersection of Orleans at North Montford Avenue, when he was shot by an unidentified male suspect.
