Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On June 4, 2023, at approximately 11:34 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 400 block of East 20th Street, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 35-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Eastern District detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2433 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.

Central District Homicide Investigation

On June 4, 2023, at approximately 8:39 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Orchard Street to investigate a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On June 4, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 25-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his chest.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 1300 block of East 25th Street.

Northeast District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
