Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On March 15, 2024, at approximately 10 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 3000 block of East Pratt Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male victim inside a vehicle that crashed into a parked vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital listed in critical condition.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On March 15, 2024, at approximately 12:27 p.m., officers were patrolling in the area of Belair Road and Arizona Avenue when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.

Officers observed the vehicle pull over into the 4200 block of Arizona Avenue.

Upon making contact with the 21-year-old driver, they were advised by the driver that he was shot. Officers observed that the victim was suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.

Detectives located a crime scene in the 4600 block of White Avenue.

Northeast District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On March 15, 2024, at approximately 12:25 p.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of Edmondson Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon my arrival, officers observed a 52-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.

Southwest District Shooting detective responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Western District Homicide Investigation

On March 15, 2024, at approximately 2:17 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue for a report of gunfire.

Once there, officers located a 35-year-old female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where she later died.
