Southwestern District Homicide Investigation

On Sept. 29, 2024, at approximately 11:17 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Wilhelm Street for a Shot Spotter alert. Once there, officers located a 43-year-old male victim suffering from apparent multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Northern District Shooting Investigation

On Sept. 29, 2024, at around 6:43 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. 

Detectives are attempting to locate a crime scene in regard to this incident.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
