Western District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 14, 2024, at approximately 10:02 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1700 block of North Calhoun Street, to investigate the discharging of a firearm. 

Upon arrival, officers located one juvenile male victim and two adult male victims suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. All three victims were transported to area hospitals and are listed in stable condition. The exact ages of the victims are unknown at this time.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 14, 2024, at approximately 9:36 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment. 

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with the 23-year-old male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wounds to the right hand. The victim is listed in stable condition. 

Pulmonary investigation revealed That victim was in the 2800 block of West Lanvale Street, when he was shot.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On Aug. 14, 2024, at approximately 7:32 p.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road, to investigate the discharging of a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers located a 25-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right leg. The victim is listed in stable condition.
