Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On Jan. 14, 2024, at approximately 10:16 p.m., officers responded to the 4500 block of Greenrose Lane to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 38-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injury. The victim has been listed in stable condition.

Eastern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On Jan. 14, 2024, at approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed an 18-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 2700 block of Baker Street.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Central District Homicide Investigation

On Jan. 14, 2024, at approximately 12:59 a.m., officers responded to the I-83 North Exit 3 to investigate a call of a woman being shot.

Upon arrival, officers observed two individuals inside a vehicle: a 30-year-old female suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound and a 27-year-old male, who was conscious and uninjured. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where, despite life-saving measures, she was pronounced deceased.

The 27-year-old male was taken into police custody.
