On January 13, 2023, at approximately 12:24 p.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to reports of a discharging in the 800 block of Stoll Street.

Once there, officers located a 37-year-old  male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics responded and administered care. Unfortunately, the victim was pronounced deceased on scene.

 Homicide responded and assumed control of the investigation.
