Northeast District Attempted Murder Arrest
In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northeast District on April 6, 2024, investigators have arrested 25-year-old Deontaye Kendall of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Kendall was responsible for the shooting of a 25-year-old male in the 4900 block of Frankford Avenue.
On May 1, 2024, detectives arrested Deontaye Kendall and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Northeastern District Shooting Investigation
On April 6, 2024, at approximately 7:18 p.m., officers responded to the 4900 block of Frankford Avenue for reports of a discharging.
Inside a business at that location, officers discovered a 25-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
