On May 11, 2023, at approximately 9:47 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 3100 block of Elmora Avenue, in reference to a Shot Spotter alert.

Once there, officers located  a 24-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
